Internet Ordering: Delivery charges and estimated timescales vary depending on the product type. We make every effort to deliver goods within the timescales suggested below:
- Wallpapers Products – Allow 3 days for delivery of your order.
- Wall Murals & Special Order Items – Allow 5 days for delivery of your order.
- Paints & Stains – Allow 3 days for delivery of your order.
- Tools & Accessories – Allow 3 days for delivery of your order.
- Furniture Products – Allow 5 days for delivery of your order.
Outside UK Mainland: Orders from outside the UK Mainland including European deliveries will take an additional 2 days over the schedules detailed above.

Outside UK Mainland Delivery
Post Brexit Deliveries
Delivering outside the UK Mainland may be subject to local taxes and custom charges paid separately on arrival of your goods to your resident country.
This is outwith Untouchables Ltd control due to new Brexit laws. If required you will be contacted by your local courier regarding these custom fees/taxes and a link to make your payment to complete your delivery will be issued.
On confirming your order and making payment to Untouchables Ltd at our checkout on this website you accept these terms that no refund can be made for your purchase in reflection to local customs and tax fees for receipt of your items.
We make every effort to deliver goods within the timescales. If Untouchables cannot deliver the product within 30 days or such longer delivery period as may have been agreed Untouchables shall immediately notify the customer and agree another time for delivery. If neither the company nor the customer can agree on another time for a delivery a refund of any monies paid to Untouchables for the product can be requested.
You are responsible for ensuring that the dimensions of your product(s) and the delivery destination are suitable for delivery. Should it transpire that the product will not fit into the delivery address and you subsequently cancel the order, a restocking and handling fee of 15% will apply, provided, the goods ordered are returned as new and in unused condition. Where delivery has been attempted, your delivery charge will not be refunded.
We are unable to tell you, when presented with the dimensions of the delivery address, whether the product you are ordering will fit into the location.
Goods will only be delivered upon a signature.
The package(s) can only be signed for by the customer if aged 18 or over. If not aged 18 or over, an adult aged 18 or over shall sign the delivery note accepting the products.
Products are not supplied on a trial basis. The customer shall only sign for receipt of the products after inspecting the products and ensuring the products conform to the customers contract specification.
You are solely responsible for inspecting the product(s) upon delivery. You must contact untouchables.co.uk should you wish to inform us of damaged, defective or missing goods and/or delivery discrepancies immediately upon delivery. No claim for loss or damage can be accepted after you have signed the couriers receipt confirming the correct quantity of goods received in a satisfactory condition. If Untouchables ‘over-delivers’, the customer shall either accept and pay for the quantity actually delivered, or accept the original order and return the excess products to the company forthwith, upon demand by the company at the expense of Untouchables.
No liability can be accepted for delay where the fault is that of the Courier.
