All items can be returned for a full refund providing the following applies;
All goods are returned in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. All returns must be notified to us via email within 14 working days of receiving the goods. No restocking fee will be applied however the delivery charge for the return shall be borne by the customer unless the goods are faulty in which case we will arrange an uplift at no cost to the customer.
Special Order items such as wall murals, specific wallpapers & all furniture pieces are NON-RETURNABLE after purchase, unless damaged or faulty where proof must be given before consideration of a refund or replacement products dispatched.

No liability can be accepted for delay where the fault is that of the Courier.

We only accept returns of Wallpaper Only Providing the following applies;
- The Wallpaper is a regular stocked item, not clearance or specially ordered.
- The Wallpaper is unopened an in its original packaging
- The Wallpaper is accompanied with its original till receipt.
- The Wallpaper is returned within 28 Days of Purchase.
If all the above criteria are met we will offer a Credit Note or Exchange. Credit Note is Valid for 12 months for your goods. No refunds will be given.
Returns of ALL other goods will not be accepted.
